EMPLOYMENT
The Pinn Deavin Group has an ongoing recruitment program for the employment
of retail financial service professionals and support staff. This means
that there are regularly opportunities for employment and advancement
at Pinn Deavin for people with the appropriate attitude, experience and
qualifications.
Whilst Pinn Deavin employs people with accountancy qualifications it
also employs and retains a range of other skilled staff members and consultants
who have expertise including financial planning, finance facilitation,
property development, information technology, commercial law, insurance
and other industry specific qualifications.
As Pinn Deavin partners include those with a range of qualifications
staff are not constrained in their ongoing professional development. Pinn
Deavin can accommodate staff who are currently engaged in, or intending
to commence, the PY program with the Institute of Chartered Accountants
in Australia, the CPA program with the Australian Society of CPA's or
the Financial Planning program with Financial Planning Association of
Australia.
